Syllabus, week by week

Every block is taught live, practised with trainer help, then tested on a changed problem before you move on.

  1. Weeks 1–2
    1. Confidence and clear speech
    • Pronunciation and pace
    • Everyday workplace phrases
    • Daily AI speaking practice

    You build: Your self-introduction, recorded twice.

  2. Weeks 3–4
    2. Calls and customer conversations
    • Opening, holding and closing a call
    • Handling an angry customer
    • Voice-process language tests (such as Versant)

    You build: Three recorded role-play calls.

  3. Weeks 5–6
    3. Email, chat and meetings
    • Professional email and chat
    • Speaking up in meetings
    • AI to check tone, not to write for you

    You build: A set of email and chat replies.

  4. Weeks 7–8
    4. Interviews
    • HR and managerial questions
    • Group discussions
    • Mock interviews with feedback

    You build: Five mock interviews and a final assessed one.

Your portfolio and your certificate

Final project

A recorded final interview with an outside interviewer, scored on clarity, structure and confidence.

Job-simulation test
