Information you give us

When you apply, register for a session, or contact us, you may share your name, email, phone number, city, education and work background, and — for scholarships — information about your financial need. You choose what to share; some fields are required to process an application.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we record basic technical data such as your device type, browser, and the pages you view, to keep the site working and improve it.

We may also estimate your approximate city from your IP address to personalize what you see — for example, showing the nearest metro in our homepage headline. This lookup runs on our own servers against a locally-hosted database; your IP is not sold or shared with any third-party location service for this purpose.

Payments

Payments (such as a ₹99 Sunday Series contribution or program fees) are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled directly and securely by the gateway under its own privacy terms.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our payment gateway, email/SMTP provider, and hosting — and only as needed to deliver the service.

We share your details with a potential hiring partner only with your explicit consent, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and minimal analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; declining non-essential cookies will not break core functionality.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you communications. Email us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our programs are intended for adult learners and older students. We do not knowingly collect information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify applicants and learners.
