Who we are

LearnPact's commercial courses — the Sunday Series, Applied AI Foundations, AI Marketer Diploma, AI Fellowship and our other paid programs — are operated and billed by Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd (CIN U72900TN2009PTC072281; registered office: 1st Floor, No. 4, Welder Street, Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600002), building India's applied-AI workforce.

LearnPact Foundation is a separate, affiliated registered charitable trust that administers scholarships, financial aid and donations at foundation.learnpact.com — it is not the entity billing you for a paid course.

Programs, fees & the honor model

Our Sunday Series runs on an honor model: a suggested contribution of ₹99 per seat, and free for anyone who genuinely needs it — no proof required. Our Applied AI Foundations, AI Marketer Diploma and AI Fellowship carry published fees, with need- and merit-based scholarships available after review.

All fees are in Indian Rupees and may change over time; the fee shown at the point of enrolment is the one that applies to you.

Scholarships & financial aid

Scholarships and fully-funded seats for our paid programs are administered separately by LearnPact Foundation (foundation.learnpact.com), our affiliated registered charitable trust, based on the criteria it publishes and the information you provide there. Applying does not guarantee an award, and awards are specific to the cohort and program for which they are granted.

Our commitment — and what we don't promise

We provide teaching, mentorship, a real project portfolio, and placement support, and we work hard to help you become employable. We do not, however, guarantee employment, a specific salary, or any particular outcome — these depend on factors outside our control, including your effort and the job market.

Any figures shown on this site (such as completion rates, ratings, or salary figures) are indicative and not a guarantee of results.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our gateway, Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to the gateway's applicable terms. The price displayed at checkout is authoritative.

Course materials & intellectual property

Course content, materials and resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and our programs lawfully and respectfully, to provide accurate information, and not to disrupt sessions, harass others, or misuse our systems. We may suspend access for conduct that harms learners, faculty, or the institute.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or programs, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
