Refunds & cancellations, kept simple.

We're a not-for-profit, so we keep this fair and straightforward. This policy covers the honor-model Sunday Series and our paid programs. If anything is unclear, just email us — we'd rather sort it out than hide behind fine print.
Sunday Series (₹99 honor seats)
Your ₹99 contribution helps keep a free-for-all session running. If you can't make it, you can transfer your seat to a future Sunday at no cost, or request a refund within 7 days of the session date provided you did not attend. Once you've attended, the contribution is non-refundable. Free seats have nothing to refund.
Paid programs (Foundations, Diploma, Fellowship)
You have a 7-day cooling-off period: if you withdraw within 7 days of payment and before the second live session of your cohort, you receive a full refund minus payment-gateway charges and any applicable GST.
After that window, fees are non-refundable, because we commit cohort seats, faculty time and materials in advance. Scholarship-adjusted fees follow the same windows, applied to the amount you actually paid.
What isn't refundable
- Exam vouchers or third-party certification fees once issued
- Physical kits or materials once dispatched
- Payment-gateway charges and applicable taxes (GST)
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel or reschedule a cohort or session for reasons on our side, you may move to the next available cohort at no cost or request a full refund — your choice.
No outcome-based refunds
We do not sell an employment guarantee, so refunds are not tied to whether you get a job. What we promise is honest teaching, mentorship and placement support — see our Terms of Use.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address you enrolled with, include your payment reference, and tell us briefly what happened. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 10 working days of approval.
