Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) to join our team as a freelance/part-time trainer. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training modules that equip our students with the essential skills and knowledge to successfully manage projects in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive project management training curriculum aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions that cover core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Integrate real-world case studies and project simulations to provide students with practical experience.
  • Facilitate group discussions and activities to promote active learning and collaboration.
  • Provide individualized feedback and coaching to support student growth and development.
  • Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, and project work.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in project management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the program director to ensure the successful delivery of the program and maintain quality standards.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a project manager in a relevant industry.
  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering project management training programs.
  • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality training experiences.


  • Competitive hourly rate or project-based fee based on experience and qualifications.
