Learnpact Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through career education and development programs. We offer scholarships and fully-funded educational opportunities, focusing on women and underprivileged youth. Our mission is to ignite potential, empower employability, and fuel career aspirations for graduates, career climbers, and career returners.
This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both student success and corporate engagement at Learnpact. You will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships with companies, securing valuable placement opportunities for our learners, and generating revenue through tailored corporate training programs. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented position for a skilled and passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Student Placement (Tie-ups):
- Develop and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners across various industries.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that provide job placement opportunities for Learnpact students.
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and information sessions to connect students with employers.
- Track and manage student placement data, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of corporate partners and relevant job openings.
- Foster positive relationships with students, providing career guidance and support throughout the placement process.
Corporate Training (Sales):
- Identify potential corporate clients with training needs in various skill areas aligned with Learnpact’s programs.
- Develop customized training proposals that address specific client requirements and objectives.
- Present training solutions to decision-makers and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to client closure.
- Oversee the delivery of corporate training programs, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze training program metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in either corporate relations, sales, career services, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the current job market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for Learnpact’s mission and a commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus.
