Job Summary:

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both student success and corporate engagement at Learnpact. You will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships with companies, securing valuable placement opportunities for our learners, and generating revenue through tailored corporate training programs. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented position for a skilled and passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Placement (Tie-ups):

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners across various industries.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that provide job placement opportunities for Learnpact students.
  • Organize career fairs, workshops, and information sessions to connect students with employers.
  • Track and manage student placement data, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of corporate partners and relevant job openings.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, providing career guidance and support throughout the placement process.

Corporate Training (Sales):

  • Identify potential corporate clients with training needs in various skill areas aligned with Learnpact’s programs.
  • Develop customized training proposals that address specific client requirements and objectives.
  • Present training solutions to decision-makers and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to client closure.
  • Oversee the delivery of corporate training programs, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze training program metrics and identify opportunities for growth.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in either corporate relations, sales, career services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the current job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for Learnpact’s mission and a commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus.
