Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team as a freelance/part-time trainer for our Full Stack Development Program. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training modules that equip learners with the in-demand skills needed to succeed in the field of full-stack development. Your expertise will empower learners to build dynamic and interactive web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training modules covering both front-end and back-end development technologies.
  • Utilize hands-on exercises, projects, and real-world case studies to provide practical experience.
  • Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation.
  • Mentor and guide students, providing individualized feedback and support.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and incorporate them into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with the program director to ensure the program’s effectiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Maintain flexible availability to accommodate program schedules and occasional additional sessions.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a professional setting.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops related to web development.
  • Strong expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, VueJS, or similar frameworks).
  • Solid understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, along with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to empowering students to achieve their career goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity.
