As a Freelance/Part-Time Digital Marketing Trainer at Learnpact, you will play a crucial role in equipping our students with the latest digital marketing skills and strategies needed to launch successful careers. You will design and deliver engaging training modules, mentor students on real-world projects, and guide them through the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules covering essential digital marketing disciplines, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Analytics and Reporting
- Paid Advertising (PPC)
- Marketing Automation
- Conversion Optimization
- Utilize interactive teaching methods like case studies, group projects, and simulations to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Integrate real-world case studies and project work into the curriculum to provide students with practical experience and portfolio-building opportunities.
- Offer personalized feedback and guidance to students, helping them develop their digital marketing skills and build their confidence.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing industry, including algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Collaborate with the program director and other trainers to ensure the successful delivery of the program and maintain consistency in curriculum and teaching practices.
- Maintain flexible availability to accommodate the program schedule and occasional additional sessions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role within a reputable agency or company.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering digital marketing training programs or workshops.
- Expertise in multiple digital marketing disciplines, with a strong understanding of their interconnectivity.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification, Hubspot Academy certifications, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse student audiences.
- Passion for education and a commitment to empowering students to achieve their career goals.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Competitive hourly rate or project-based fee based on experience and qualifications.
