Learnpact Academy is a non-profit organization on a mission to revolutionize education by providing high-quality, affordable learning opportunities to students. We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team and lead the charge in Kolkata.

In this role, you will:

• Play a lead role in establishing Learnpact’s presence in Kolkata by developing and implementing growth initiatives.
• Build relationships with students, understand their needs and aspirations, and guide them towards the right learning path.
• Be a champion for our mission, promoting Learnpact’s unique value proposition to students and parents.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kolkata center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to high standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, corporate and educational institutions. Lead offline and online seminars.
• Grow the student base by highlighting the advantages of our non-profit model and superior learning experience through Learnpact’s CloudVarsity platform.

8. Experience working in the education sector in Kolkata.
9. A strong understanding of the local educational landscape.
10. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Bengali (a plus).
