Content & Community Builder(AI-led)
Learnpact Foundation
We’re building an edtech non-profit organization that scales through intelligence, not headcount.
You’re not going to have a content team. You’re not going to have a video editor, graphic designer, or copywriter supporting you. You ARE the content engine, multiplied by AI.
Your job is to make Learnpact unavoidable. When someone searches for career guidance, tech skills, or professional growth in Eastern India, they should see us. When someone scrolls LinkedIn or Instagram, they should stop at our content. When students talk about life-changing learning experiences, they should mention Learnpact.
You’re equal parts creator, community builder, and strategist. You understand that content isn’t just about posting—it’s about starting movements.
What You’ll Actually Do
Month 1: Understand & Document
- Deep dive into our students’ transformation stories (interview 20+ alumni)
- Map our audience’s pain points, aspirations, and daily struggles
- Audit competitive content (what’s working for others in edtech/career development)
- Create our content thesis: What will we be known for? What’s our unique angle?
- Set up content production systems (templates, AI prompts, approval workflows)
Months 2-3: Build the Content Machine
- Create AI-powered content pipeline: 1 long-form piece → 20+ micro-content pieces
- Launch weekly “Students to Professionals” series showcasing transformations
- Build LinkedIn thought leadership (founder + company page) with consistent, valuable insights
- Start YouTube channel with practical tutorials and career advice
- Create viral content experiments (contrarian takes, data-driven insights, emotional stories)
Months 4-6: Community = Growth Engine
- Build WhatsApp/Discord communities where students help each other (peer learning scales)
- Create alumni network where graduates mentor current students
- Launch student ambassador program (top performers become our evangelists)
- Host online events (workshops, AMAs, portfolio reviews) that attract prospects
- Turn community wins into marketing content (case studies, testimonials, success stories)
What “Exceptional Work” Looks Like
Bad Content Person: Posts random content on schedule, chases trends, measures success by likes.
Good Content Person: Creates consistent, on-brand content, grows followers steadily, engages with audience.
Exceptional Content Person:
- Grew a company’s LinkedIn from 500 to 25K followers in 6 months with zero ad spend by identifying and nailing one content format that resonated deeply
- Created a piece of content that went viral (100K+ views) and directly generated ₹5L+ in revenue through leads and conversions
- Built a Telegram/Discord community of 2000+ engaged members who generate 50+ peer referrals monthly
- Used AI tools to create professional video content at 1/10th the traditional cost (AI avatars, automated editing, script generation)
- Turned every student success story into 15+ content pieces (LinkedIn post, Instagram carousel, YouTube short, blog post, email, etc.)
- Created content systems so efficient that one person’s output rivals an entire content team
You Should Apply If
- You’ve built an audience from scratch (your personal brand or a company’s)
- You’re obsessed with storytelling and know how to make people care
- You can create content across formats (writing, video, graphics) using AI assistance
- You understand platform algorithms and how to make them work for you
- You’ve built or managed online communities and understand engagement psychology
- You’re comfortable on camera or can quickly become comfortable
- You see AI as a creative partner, not a replacement for creativity
- You can spot a great story in everyday moments
Do NOT Apply If
- You think “content” means scheduling posts in Hootsuite
- You’re not willing to be the face/voice of some content (this requires personality)
- You wait for creative inspiration instead of systematically producing
- You’re not comfortable with AI tools or learning new technology
- You think B2B content has to be boring and formal
- You need someone to tell you exactly what to post every day
- You measure success by likes instead of business impact
Example Content You Might Create
LinkedIn Post Series: “15 students. 15 transformations. 15 Tuesdays.” Each Tuesday, share one student’s journey from uncertainty to success with specific details, struggles, and breakthroughs. Make it so compelling that people wait for Tuesday.

Community Initiative: “Build in Public Bootcamp” – Create a cohort where students work on real projects and document progress. Their journey becomes our content AND their portfolio.
Viral Experiment: Create industry salary reports for Kolkata/Eastern India tech market using student data. Real numbers people can’t find elsewhere. Gets shared widely, positions us as data authority.
Compensation Philosophy
Structure: Base salary + Performance bonuses based on:
- Content performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Community growth and engagement metrics
- Direct revenue attribution from content efforts
- Equity options for exceptional performance
We value quality over quantity, impact over effort, and systems over hustle.
