MCPD(Microsoft Certified Professional Developer)
The Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) credential validates a comprehensive set of skills that are necessary to deploy, build, optimize, and operate applications successfully by using Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft .NET Framework. This credential is designed to provide hiring managers with a strong indicator of your potential job success. It requires two to three years of relevant experience and a commitment to remaining current in best practices and technologies.

MCSE(Microsoft Certified System Engineer)
The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) credential shows clients and employers that you can design, implement, and administer infrastructures for business solutions based on Microsoft 2000 Windows Server and other Windows server platforms. Implementation responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems.
This credential also covers Active Directory, which helps organizations simplify IT management, strengthen security, extend interoperability of systems and software, and ultimately reduce costs. The MCSE credential not only equips you to manage an organization's Active Directory but to plan strategically for its future network enhancements.
The MSCE credential maps to a variety of job roles, including systems engineer, technical support engineer, system analyst, network analyst, and technical consultant.
MCSE on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Certification Requirements
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) candidates on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 track are required to satisfy the following requirements:
Core exams (six exams required)
Elective exams (one exam required)
Together with the core exams, the elective exams provide a valid and reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise in solution design and implementation. MCSE candidates should also have at least one year of experience implementing and administering network operating systems and desktop operating systems.
Upgrade exams (two exams required)
Microsoft has designed an upgrade path that will enable a current MCSA on Windows 2000 to earn the Windows Server 2003 credential in a time-effective and cost-effective manner.

MCSA on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Certification Requirements
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) candidates on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 track are required to satisfy the following requirements:

Elective exams (one exam required)

MCSA candidates should have 6-12 months of experience administering client and network operating systems.
