Provide feedback about the Training / Course / Trainer / Facility directly to the Management.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services – DO NOT hesitate to let the management know about it. A complaint is when you inform us you are not happy about the service we provide. If the complaint is found true – the management will take strict action. It can be about anything and could include:
What is a complaint?
- When we do not deliver a service on time
- When we give the learner wrong information
- When you receive a poor quality service
- When you have a problem with a member of staff
How to make a complaint?
If our Center manager or Customer Service Team has failed to resolve your complaint or if you are unhappy with the resolution – you cancontact the management directly in any one of the ways below.
